先日、12月分のGoogleからの振込がいつもの日（毎月15日）に無かったので、
おかしいなと思い管理画面を見ました。
すると、赤い枠で
Tax information required
Tax regulations in the US require that Google have complete and accurate tax information for our customers. Such forms are required in the event that a payee is located in the US or whose content is sold in the US. Please update your tax information in order to get paid.
と記載ありました。
入金してほしければ税務情報(tax infomation)を入力せよ、ってカンジでしょうか。
ちょっとよく分からないのですが、入力してみました。
①Are you a US citizen, US resident alien, US corporation or US partnership?
アメリカの「国民or住民or法人orパートナー企業」ですか？ → NO
②Under penalties of perjury, I declare that the payee providing this certification is not a United States person (i.e., a citizen or resident of the United States as determined for U.S. federal tax purposes, a corporation or partnership created or organized in the United States or under the law of the United States or of any State, any estate that would be subject to U.S. federal income tax on income from sources without the United States which is not effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business within the United States, or any trust if a court within the United States is able to exercise primary supervision over the administration of the trust and one or more United States persons have the authority to control all substantial decisions of the trust), that the income to which this certification relates is not effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States, and that the undersigned has examined the information on this form and to the best of my knowledge and belief it is true, correct, and complete.
Furthermore, I authorize this form to be provided to any person that has control, receipt, or custody of the payment to which I am entitled or any person that can disburse or make the payments to which I am entitled.

責任者のサインを入力してください（その際、IPアドレスを保存しますよ）ってことかな → 名前をローマ字で入力
ってカンジでした。
これで合っているのか分かりませんが、とりあえず赤い注意書きは消えました。
あとは、これで無事に正しい金額（アメリカでの税金が引かれてたりしたら、日本でも税金とられて二重課税ってことですよね？）が振り込まれることを願います。
